STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 1, ARTSAKHPRESS: The message reads: “I am deeply saddened by the death of renowned French-Armenian virtuoso violinist, People’s Artist of the Republic of Armenia Jean Ter-Merguerian.
Jean Ter-Merguerian’s performance was a calling card of French and Armenian cultures all over the world. The music he presented in numerous concert halls combined with magical power the limits of space and time, fascinating multilingual audience.
Jean Ter-Merguerian had warm relationship with the Homeland, relationship full of boundless love and commitment, sincerity and affection which was always manifested during each visit and concert of Jean Ter-Merguerian.
I sincerely express my condolence to Jean Ter-Merguerian's family, close relatives and share their grief.
