STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 16, ARTSAKHPRESS: “The OSCE Minsk Group has a goal to peacefully settle the protracted conflict of Nagorno-Karabakh,” Cekuta said. The diplomat stressed that that goals is stipulated in the statements of the Co-Chairs, particularly statements made by the US Co-Chairs Ambassador James Warlick.
Cekuta also noted that NATO member states wish to see Europe free and at peace.
“In order to reach that goal we need joint efforts on the basis of OSCE Helsinki Final Act and generally accepted principles of the UN,” US Ambassador to Azerbaijan said.
