STEPANAKERT, APRIL 4, ARTSAKHPRESS: Azerbaijan is targeting civilian settlements in Artsakh. This was stated by the Press Secretary of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia Artsrun Hovhannisyan.
“The Nagorno Karabakh forces have destroyed 3 Azerbaijani tanks during the morning battles,” Hovhannisyan said.
