President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan, together with President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, on Wednesday met with the heads of several Diaspora Armenian organizations, in Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan, and discussed various matters of pan-Armenian importance.
Serzh Sargsyan bestowed the Tigran Mets Order upon Bako Sahakyan
STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 21, ARTSAKHPRESS: In his remarks, President Sahakyan noted that all our victories are the victories of all Armenians, since they have been achieved with joint efforts, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President informed.
“We have proved many times that if we are united, we are able to resolve any matter, overcome any difficulty,” stressed the President of Artsakh. “Our unity is among the main guarantees of both the development and strengthening of the Motherland, tenacity of the [Armenian] Diaspora, preservation of its national identity. Mother Armenia has its significant role in all this. It is the nucleus of our Trinity, the orbit that unites all Armenian people.”
During the meeting, President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan bestowed the Tigran Mets Order upon NKR President Bako Sahakyan, in recognition of his selfless devotion and substantial contribution to the formation and strengthening of the Artsakh statehood, and resolution of key matters of nationwide importance.
