STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 5, ARTSAKHPRESS: The Ministry’s announcement reads: “Overnight October 4-5 the Azerbaijani side violated the ceasefire regime more than 40 times by firing over 4000 shots from various caliber weapons at the Armenian positions in Nagorno Karabakh-Azerbaijan line of contact.
More intensive shots have been recorded at the northern direction of the line of contact where the Azerbaijani forces fired more than 500 shots from DShk heavy machine gun.
The Defense Army forces took counter measures for suppressing the Azerbaijani activities and continued the full control of the situation in the frontline.”
