STEPANAKERT, DECEMBER 22, ARTSAKHPRESS: The reports are mainly of informative character, reports Panorama.am.

To note, during the recent period Turkish media has published anti-Iranian reports and Hassan Rouhani’s visit took place amid the Turkish-Iranian deteriorated relations.

Turkish news agency Yeni Akit considered Iranian President’s visit to Armenia as a surprise. The source noted that Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has received H. Rouhani. RA President Serzh Sargsyan has told that H. Rouhani is always a welcome guest to Armenia, and Rouhani has mentioned the fact of peaceful and friendly coexistence of the two peoples.

Rouhani has announced that Armenia is a friendly country and has expressed readiness to deepen the bilateral relations.

In the article entitled “Iran’s “shelling” response to Azerbaijan-Israel rapprochement” Milli Gazette newspaper has noted that Iran has rejected the claim of the Azerbaijan authorities regarding the sale of missiles, which is based on the present rapprochement between Israel and Azerbaijan.

The source has called Iranian President’s visit “symbolic” noting the following: “The visit paid by Iran’s President to Armenia, a country that is in a permanent war with Azerbaijan, has a symbolic message after Israeli Prime Minister’s visit to Baku.”

In its report covering Rouhani’s visit to Armenia, Habersitesi.com agency has underscored that Iran boosts its relations with Armenia adding that a number of documents have been signed between the two sides.

Haberler.com agency has written that within Iranian President’s visit to Armenia several documents on cooperation in the spheres of sport, emergency situations, tourism and customs has been signed between the two countries.
