President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic National Assembly, Ashot Ghulyan, on Monday signed a decision on convening a special NA session on Tuesday.
Karabakh parliament to hold special session
STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 16, ARTSAKHPRESS: This sitting will be held at the initiative of the MPs, and with the agenda they have proposed, the NKR parliament press service informed.
The special session’s agenda proposed to resume the debates on the new draft Constitution, and which were cut short at the parliament plenary session on December 29 of the year past.
