STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 16, ARTSAKHPRESS: Manas airport temporarily suspended flights due to Turkish Boeing 747 cargo plane crash on Monday morning. The staff of the airport and the Ministry of Emergency Situations are working at the crash site.

Earlier it was reported that the president of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev was about to sign a decree announcing a national day of mourning on Tuesday.

It has been reported that the plane has crashed near the Manas airport during landing approach due to poor weather conditions, crashing on a village near the airport and killing at least 37 people and destroying 15 homes. Eight people, including six children, have been taken to hospitals.
