STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 19, ARTSAKHPRESS: Chairman of the Parliament of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Ashot Ghoulyan said the above-said at the yesterday's press conference, adding that the Francophone center is implementing various programs in Artsakh on a regular basis, one of them are free French courses being organized at NKR National Assembly.
"Soon the center will also organize French language courses for professionals of various sectors of Artsakh’s economy, in order to give them an opportunity to receive vocational training in France," said Ashot Ghoulyan, adding that there are very good bases for the development of relations between Artsakh and France, and over the years the results will be more visible.
