Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu had a phone conversation during which they discussed implementation of the ceasefire regime in Syria, Russian Foreign Ministry reported following the results of the conversation.

STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 9, ARTSAKHPRESS: “Ministers have discussed the course of implementation of the agreements concerning the maintenance of the cessation of hostilities in Syria and assistance to establishing effective negotiations between representatives of the government and opposition,” Russian diplomatic service reported.
