At the briefing with journalists the PM said while presenting his passport he recalled 1988, when they dreamt of having one. “Today, not only we have a passport, but also by this passport we prove we have a formed state and most importantly that country is going towards constitutional reforms, with the purpose of deepening democratic values even more”, he said.

Speaking about the announcement of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, the NKR PM said: “In February of 1988, we knew we would have difficult issues related to the international community. The most important thing is that we are doing these constitutional changes first of all for us, in order to be able to build such a country where living will be pleasant”, Arayik Harutyunyan stressed.
