The Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement subject will be an important part of the upcoming negotiations of Russia’s FM Sergey Lavrov and Armenia’s FM Edward Nalbandian on February 22 in Moscow, the Russian foreign ministry said in a statement.

STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 22, ARTSAKHPRESS: Issues of bilateral cooperation, international and regional policies will be discussed during the negotiations.
Russia diplomats said “The stances of Russia and Armenia over issues of international and regional agenda are very close or matching”.
The visit will become the logical continuation of the Russian-Armenian active dialogue, which is focused on the further development of close cooperation in the political, trade-economic and humanitarian spheres”.
