The representatives of the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) visited Russian-Israeli blogger Alexander Lapshin who was extradited from Belarus to Azerbaijan, Lapshin’s wife Yekaterina said.

STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 23, ARTSAKHPRESS: “Sasha is healthy and “lives” in normal conditions, without neighbors. The most important thing is that his spirit never left him and, contrary to the day when he arrived in Baku, he recovered his optimism. This is perfect since only by this it is possible to survive all this nonsense”, Yekaterina writes.
She informed that at this moment the prosecution has forbidden her to make calls, however, the ICRC representatives informed that the ban will be most likely lifted soon.
Yekaterina also informed that the investigation is kept secret.
