On March 20, Prime Minister of Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan met with the representatives of construction organizations to discuss a number of issues for spurring the production of local construction materials, press service of Artsakh Government stated.
Arayik Harutyunyan assigned a task to spur the production and usage of local building materials
STEPANAKERT, MARCH 21, ARTSAKHPRESS: In his speech the head of the Government attached importance to the necessity of increasing the volumes of using local building materials in construction.
“it is necessary to start production and usage of local building materials, which has great social-economic significance”,-mentioned the Prime Minister. He assigned a task to those responsible to take into account the usage of local production giving preference to the building materials made in Artsakh, which in its turn will spur both the expansion of production and quality improvement.
Minister of urban development Karen Shahramanyan expressed his opinion concerning the discussed issue.
At the end of the meeting A.Harutyunyan answered the questions raised by those present.
