Football superstar Henrikh Mkhitaryan made a charity visit to the R.O. Yolyan Hematology Center.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan surprises kids in Hematology Center with charity visit
STEPANAKERT, MARCH 23, ARTSAKHPRESS-ARMENPRESS: First Lady of Armenia Rita Sargsyan was present at the event. The center was modernized under the high patronage of the First Lady.
Mkhitaryan visited every child one by one in the children’s clinical hematology department, chatted with them and took photos, gave autographs, footballs and T-shirts to them.
“Don’t ever be afraid of anything, be optimistic and fight for your goals”, Mkhitaryan said.
Afterwards Henrikh visited the playground of the center, where dozens of kids waited for him. Mkhitaryan talked to the children and gave presents to each of them.
The kids gave Mkhitaryan a poster which they prepared especially for him and performed a song written by them.
Mkhitaryan said hopefully he can have a small contribution in improving the children’s psychological condition and recovery by his visit.
