STEPANAKERT, MARCH 27, ARTSAKHPRESS-ARMENPRESS: “Let’s hope everything will be okay. The total number of the village’s residents is 18. Everyone is busy with their work. The power supply system is working upon necessity. The connections are completed in necessary homes. There are districts which are under direct visibility of Azerbaijan from the frontline, in these districts of course nothing has been done in the water supply and power supply systems, but specifically in those homes where people still live everything is regulated”, he said.

According to him, the concert hall and the village center were specifically damaged in Talish, which are under complete restoration.

“The concert hall building was destroyed up to its foundation due to bombardments, and the village center building was destroyed especially the upper part. The individual housing fund is damaged, but no works are yet carried out for it”, Petrosyan said, adding there are still things to do.

He assured the spirit of the people in the village is normal.

By continuing to breach the ceasefire regime, Azerbaijan targeted not only military positions on February 24, but also the Talish settlement, firing 4 shells from 120mm mortars and D-44 cannons.
