STEPANAKERT, MARCH 30, ARTSAKHPRESS: “Finland, in my opinion, is a very suitable country, Helsinki is a very suitable platform for organizing such events,” Putin said during an Arctic summit in Finland.
At the same time, the president stressed that such events should be well prepared “on both sides”.
“If this happens, we will be happy to participate and I will be glad to participate in such an event. If not, our meeting will take place during regular events, such as G20 meeting,” the Russian leader explained.
