STEPANAKERT, APRIL 11, ARTSAKHPRESS: In an interview with "Artsakhpress", Stepanakert Deputy Mayor Armen Hakobyan said that after renovation works the city will receive new breath.
"Within the framework of preparatory works for the events dedicated to the May 9 Triple Holiday, renovation works of the streets are underway. Stepanakert is actively engaged in decorating the city's streets," said Hakobyan.
