STEPANAKERT, MAY 29 , ARTSAKHPRESS: The Director of the Support Fund of Village and Agriculture of Artsakh Ashot Bakhshiyan said in an interview with Artsakhpress and added that 41 million drams have been allocated for the implementation of the project.
Bakhshiyan also noted that the loans are provided to citizens up to 5 years maturity and at an annual interest rate of 6%.
Ari program also provides loans with the same conditions for acquisition of bee families.
