Putin lifts restrictions on hiring workers from Turkey

STEPANAKERT, MAY 31 , ARTSAKHPRESS: The document amends Presidential Executive Order on measures to ensure the national security of the Russian Federation and on the protection of citizens of the Russian Federation against criminal and other illegal acts and on the application of special economic measures against the Turkish Republic of November 28, 2015.

The amendments lift the restrictions on Turkish companies working in Russian territory and the ban on hiring Turkish citizens for employment in Russia.

The Russian Foreign Ministry has been instructed, under the regular procedure, to inform Turkey of the partial resumption of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Turkish Republic on Conditions for Reciprocal Travel of Russian and Turkish Citizens of May 12, 2010.

The Russian Federation Government has been instructed to bring laws and regulations in line with the Executive Order.
