In January-October of the current year, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Artsakh has registered 18 cases of foreign citizens' marriage permissions.
The number of foreign citizens' marriages registered in Artsakh increased
STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 3, ARTSAKHPRESS: Civil Acts Registration Office and Notary Office of the Ministry of Justice of Artsakh reported, adding that the number of marriages of foreign citizens increased by 60% as compared to the same period of the last year.
The citizens were mainly from the Russian Federation, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, France, and the United States.
