STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 20, ARTSAKHPRESS:The possible date of the congress is not yet determined. This was announced by presidential aide Yuri Ushakov, RIA Novosti reports.
Speaking about the possible participation of the Kurds, the assistant of the president said that this is likely to be discussed at the meeting of the leaders of Russia, Iran and Turkey.
President of Russia Vladimir Putin spoke with the initiative of holding the Congress of National Dialogue of Syria. It is expected that a constitutional commission will be established at the meeting and final documents will be adopted. Representatives of all ethnic and confessional groups of Syria, authorities, internal and external oppositions, as well as representatives of the UN, the Red Cross and the World Health Organization are invited to participate in the Congress.
