STEPANAKERT, DECEMBER 15, ARTSAKHPRESS:After the meeting Levon Altunyan told Artsakhpress that during the visit they will share with their experience with the colleagues in Artsakh.

Speaking about palliative medicine in Artsakh and Armenia, Mr. Altunyan said that palliative care is an important direction in medicine.

“Due to palliative medicine, patients get an opportunity to extend their lives, they also get anesthesia and psychological support. In 2018 we are planning to establish 10-15 palliative medicine service centers in Armenia, one such center will operate in Artsakh,’’ minister of healthcare of Armenia said.
