STEPANAKERT, DECEMBER 16, ARTSAKHPRESS:A wide range of issues relating to reforming local self-government systems envisaged by the new constitutions adopted by the two Armenian states was discussed during the consultation.
President Sahakyan qualified such discussions important and demanded considering them among the foundations of making efficient decisions.
