Artsakh President: Energy sector is one of the successful examples of strengthening inter-Armenian economic ties
STEPANAKERT, DECEMBER 22, ARTSAKHPRESS:Congratulating the attendees on the professional holiday the Head of the State underlined that the energy sphere was among the fundamental directions of our economy, which ensures the country's dynamic development, and added in this context that the state strategy was aimed at expanding energy potential, ensuring efficient utilization of domestic resources and achieving self-sufficiency.
“The energy sphere is among the most liberalized fields of our economy with active involvement of public and private sectors as well as tangible investment flows from Mother Armenia and the Diaspora. Thus, the energy sector is one of the concrete successful examples of strengthening the inter-Armenian economic ties,'' noted Bako Sahakyan in his speech.
President Sahakyan handed in state awards and valuable gifts to a group of system representatives having registered high results in work.
The President stressed that the state would further on do the possible for the development of the sphere and improvement of social and living conditions of the energy workers.
President of the Artsakh National Assembly, Ashot Ghulyan, Primate of Artsakh Diocese Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, other officials, energy workers attended the event.
