Frank Pallone: Artsakh is an independent state, has all its necessary pointers
STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 13, ARTSAKHPRESS:As Artsakhpress correspondent informed, on Tuesday US Congressman Frank Pallone said the aforementioned in his congratulatory message sent via video on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Karabakh Movement.
''During the past 30 years I have repeatedly visited Artsakh. My last visit was in September of 2017 when I made a speech at the Artsakh National Assembly. I'm greatly impressed with people of Artsakh, with how they managed to stand on their feet being at the epicenter of Azerbaijani attack, with how it managed to build an independent state. A state that is democratic and is mostly under the supremacy of law. Be confident that in the US Congress we are with you. We shall continue working to prove that Artsakh is an independent state, whichhas all the necessary pointers for it. We support you and your right to self-determination,'' Frank Pallone said.
