STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 13, ARTSAKHPRESS:On Tuesday editor of ''Azdag'' daily of Beirut Shahen Gantaharyan said the aforementioned in his message sent via video on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Karabakh Movement.
