STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 13, ARTSAKHPRESS:As Artsakhpress correspondent informs, during the public rally held in Stepanakert’s Revival Square Member of European Parliament Frank Engel said the aforementioned in the congratulatory message sent via video on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Karabakh Movement.
“However, this demand of people was not heard; instead there was a war, as a result of which you won and overcame difficulties at the expense of great sacrifices. As a result you have your own state, democracy and your own institutions. You acquired the right to dispose your own destiny. I congratulate you on the occasion of the holiday. I appreciate all the efforts you exerted during 30 years. Be strong, we are with you,’’ Frank Engel said.
