During the year past Artsakh industry gave 97.5 billion AMD industrial production, of which ready production worth 96.2 billion AMD was consumed.
Industrial production increased by 54.8% in Artsakh: Martakert is leading
STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 15, ARTSAKHPRESS:Artsakh National Statistical Service informed Artsakhpress about the aforesaid. The source added that in 2016 Artsakh gave 59 billion AMD industrial production, of which ready production worth 58.6 billion drams was consumed.
According to the source the volume of industrial production rose by 54.8% as compared with 2016. Mining industry and open pit mining exploitation was up to 2.6 times, processing industry by 3.2%; electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply by 16.2%.
Mining industry and the exploitation of open pit exploitation comprised 53.4% in the industrial production, processing industry — 24.3%; water supply, sewage and management and processing of waste — 1%.
Industrial organizations of Stepanakert produced 28.3 % of the total industrial production. Martakert region is the leading among regions with 56.5%.
