Activists of Artsakh Movement Jora Arakelyan, Garnik Israyelyan; Artsakh NA Chairman Ashot Ghulyan made speeches at the event.
Head of Martakert regional administration, Edgar Harutyunyan, NA deputy Sergey Harutyunyan, movement activists, Artsakh army officers, teachers, students and guests were present at the event.
