STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 22, ARTSAKHPRESS:Stepan Sargsyan, co-founder of Hayrenaser charity NGO told Artsakhpress about the aforesaid. He added the initiative has been implemented thanks to the donation made by “Hayreniqis'' Facebook group.
''The program is being implemented together with the respective structures of security and defense. It will have continuous nature. The aim is to ensure border guards alternative energy source, which will charge all the devices that are used by them,'' said Stepan Sargsyan noting that the program is of much importance, since it strengthens security of our military positions.
