Dollar “strengthens” somewhat in Armenia

The American dollar’s (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 480.57/$1 in Armenia on Thursday; this is up by AMD 0.11 from Wednesday, informed the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia.

Dollar “strengthens” somewhat in Armenia

STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 22, ARTSAKHPRESS:The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 590.67 (down by AMD 1.69), that of one British pound was AMD 667.57 (down by AMD 3.50), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 8.47 (down by AMD 0.02) in the country.

In addition, one gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 253.93, AMD 20,557.13 and AMD 15,419.78, respectively.

The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no USD trading on Thursday.
