Health care sphere always in spotlight of state: Artsakh President

STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 22, ARTSAKHPRESS:The Head of the State highlighted that the health care sphere, particularly children’s health, was always in the spotlight of the state and everything would be done further on for improving the quality of medical service, training and retraining qualified medical personnel.

Minister of state Arayik Haroutyunyan, healthcare minister Karine Atayan and other officials accompanied the President during the visit.
