STEPANAKERT, MARCH 2, ARTSAKHPRESS: As Artsakhpress correspondent informs, Narine Aghabalyan welcoming those present, attached importance to the visit of Bouc-Bel-Air delegation to Artsakh.

A number of projects were discussed at the meeting. In the coming days they wil conduct joint works to specify them.

“We can cooperate in the direction of creating specialized schools, so that the students graduated from the secondary school could get primary vocational education. We already have such an example — the Eznik Mozyan vocational school foundation in Shushi. We could also have respective establishments in agricultural, service, information technology and our republic’s primary spheres. We will implement joint programs on the French language teaching to ensure its continuity and also to prepare specialists who will be able to both teach French and carry out cooperation programs. Withinn the frames of cooperation we will exchange experience. I believe, we will have success,’’ the Minister said, in particular.

In the mayor’s words, the cooperation between them began in 2014 when a friendship declaration between Artsakh’s Askeran town and Bouc-Bel-Air commune was signed in the latter’s town hall.

Askeran’s mayor, Samvel Aghajanyan, who was present at the meeting told Artsakhpress that the declaration aims at strengthening friendship ties between the two towns and also to establish joint cooperation in the fields of education, culture, gardening and other fields.

At the end of the meeting Narine Aghabalyan and  the mayor of the commune exchanged presents.
