Dollar drops, euro gains some ground in Armenia

The American dollar’s (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 480.27/$1 in Armenia on Tuesday; this is down by AMD 0.16 from Monday, informed the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia.

Dollar drops, euro gains some ground in Armenia

STEPANAKERT, MARCH 27, ARTSAKHPRESS:The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 596.16 (up by AMD 0.14), that of one British pound totaled AMD 678.67 (down by AMD 4.36), and the rate of one Russian ruble made up AMD 8.41 (down by AMD 0.03) in the country.

In addition, one gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 256.48, AMD 20,882.46 and AMD 14,668.99, respectively.

The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no USD trading on Tuesday.
