The tourism department of the Artsakh Ministry of Culture, Youth affairs and Tourism elaborated a program for developing BnB quest houses in Artsakh.
Program for developing BnB guest houses in Artsakh elaborated
STEPANAKERT, APRIL 10, ARTSAKHPRESS:Head of the tourism department, Artak Grigoryan, said that up to 15 communities of the Martakert and Shahumyan regions are included in the first stage of the program.
“They have been chosen because they are located on the northern tourist route. The project will be carried out with the support of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship Development National Center (SME DNC) of Armenia and in collaboration with the Artsakh Investment Fund,’’ Artak Grigoryan said. He added that those residents of the communities who are interested in the program will take respective courses.
In the official’s words, establishment of BnB guest houses in Artsakh will create preconditions for the development of ecotourism.
