Artsakh Parliament adopts law "On the Chamber of Commerce and Industry"
STEPANAKERT, APRIL 21, ARTSAKHPRESS:As ArtsakhPress correspondent informs, the draft resolution titled "On the Chamber of Commerce and Industry" was presented by Deputy Minister of Economy and Industrial Infrastructures, Tigran Torosyan.
Speaking about the palace’s issues, Tigran Torosyan said that their solution can contribute to Artsakh economy’s development and integration into other economic systems, assist in comprehensive and harmonious development of all the forms of entrepreneurship, support the strengthening of trade-economic and scientific-technical ties with foreign entrepreneurs, contribute to the formation of favorable environment for entrepreneurial activity, and according to priorities set by the Artsakh Republic, contribute to the development of entrepreneurship sphere’s system of personnel’s training, retraining and raising their qualification.
The law also defines the palace’s formation, governance as well as current activity principles.
