Artsakh Ombudsman’s office receives 114 applications in 2016

STEPANAKERT, APRIL 14, ARTSAKHPRESS: 55 of which were submitted in written form and 59 orally.  

As “ Artsakhpress” reports, Artsakh  Human Rights Defender Ruben Melikyan  said at today’s press conference,  noting that  the difference in number of applications and applicants is due to the fact that collective applications were also received.

"According to the administrative units, more applications were received from the residents of Martakert region and according to the number of applications from the residents of Stepanakert," he said, explaining that the most applications have concerned employment, social security, health protection, medical care and protection of property rights issues.
