Artsakh's Government resigns

STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 7, ARTSAKHPRESS: On the same day President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree accepting the Cabinet's resignation. 
Under the decree the members of the Republic's Cabinet of Ministers will continue performing their functions until the formation of a new government.
