Stepanakert welcomes US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson's statement. David Babayan

STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 4, ARTSAKHPRESS: Spokesperson for Artsakh president David Babayan said during the meeting with journalists; "The issues pointed out by Tillerson are very important first and foremost in the sense that the United States remains active in the process of peaceful settlement of the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict and destroys all the concerns and speculations that the US can cease its participation in the format of the OSCE Minsk Group," said Babayan.

According to the spokesman of the Artsakh Republic President, if the process develops in this way, it can create a good basis for having successes in the negotiations.
