Artsakh Parliament: Armenia counteracts to Azerbaijan distortions and manipulations

STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 10, ARTSAKHPRESS:Chairman of the Republic of Artsakh National Assembly, Ashot Ghulyan, who has arrived in capital city Yerevan as head of the visiting Artsakh parliamentary delegation, on Friday stated the aforesaid at the NA of Armenia, News.am reported.

He noted that parliamentary diplomacy plays a very big role, and their colleagues in Armenia make use of this diplomacy.

“It should be taken into account that international political circles look at the conflict another way,” Ghulyan added. “The views have changed dramatically over the past one year, and parliamentary diplomacy should take that into account.”
