Death toll in California floods rises to 18

STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 13, ARTSAKHPRESS:According to the authorities, around 60 houses were destroyed and almost 450 were damaged. Heavy rains started in California on Monday with evacuation order issued in several districts of the state. Some people refused to leave their homes.
