With the co-financing of Artsakh Republic state budget and Russia-based philanthropist Volodya Avagyan, who hails from Chartar, capital renovation and territory improvement works are being carried out in the building of Martuni Monte Melkonian kindergarten.

STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 24, ARTSAKHPRESS: Karen Shahramanyan, Minister of Urban Planning of Artsakh Republic, said in an interview with Artsakhpress.
He noted that most of the repair works have already been completed in the first building of the kindergarten. Now interior finishing works are being carried out in the second building.
Karen Shahramanyan noted that the kindergarten will have a large garden, a playground, a yard laid with asphalt and a boiler-house.
According to the minister, the reconstruction of the kindergarten is planned to be completed by June 1.
Irina Ghukasyan, director of the kindergarten, said 195 children attend the kindergarten, adding that year by year the number of children increases.
