In 2018 Civil Acts Registration Office and Notary Office of the Ministry of Justice of Artsakh has registered 22 cases of foreign citizens' marriage permissions.

STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 25, ARTSAKHPRESS: Minister of Justice of Artsakh Republic Ararat Danielyan stated at the press conference held on December 25.

He noted that they were citizens of the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Latvia, Belarus, the Arab Republic of Egypt, Lebanon and Sweden.

There were 4850 civil registry cases in 2018.
