STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 5, ARTSAKHPRESS: She said the Foreign Minister is expected to meet high-ranking officials as well as representatives of IT companies.

Mnatsakanyan will also participate in the Munich Security Conference.

“Azerbaijani foreign minister has also confirmed his participation in the conference,” she added.
