The governmental delegation headed by the Artsakh Republic State Minister Grigory Martirosyan left on a working visit to the urban and rural communities of the southern wing of the Kashatagh region, Artsakh Republic on February 7.

STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 8, ARTSAKHPRESS: Accompanied by the head of the district administration Stepan Sargsyan and the head of the community Vruyr Asryan, State Minister toured the town of Vorotan and got acquainted with the preparations for the construction works of the building of the municipality, as well as with the territory chosen for the future stadium. Grigory Martirosyan highlighted the promotion of sports and healthy lifestyle among the youth.
Thereupon, Martirosyan participated in the community consultation. The head of the community presented the annual report, mentioning the socio-economic and demographic indicators of the community, as well as theproblems of the community. During the consultation the State Minister discussed the existing problems, listened to the suggestions and concerns of the community leadership and gave appropriate instructions.
The issue of building Vorotan kindergarten and conference hall on the basis of a three-storey building in the former housing stock of the community was discussed. Grigory Martirosyan reaffirmed that this year’s budget envisages the construction of the Vorotan kindergarten.
Then G. Martirosyan visited the Haykazyan village. Here the State Minister got acquainted with the conditions of the new school building, classrooms. The State Minister was reported that the school is ready for exploitation; only technical issues of electrification will be solved in the coming days.
Afterwards, the State Minister leaves for Pakahan community. Grigory Martirosyan got acquainted with the conditions of the renovated school building, talked with the pedagogical staff and gave appropriate instructions to the Ministry of Urban Planning regarding the rapid correction of some construction errors in the building. The State Minister also held a brief meeting with the residents of the community, talked about their problems and concerns and presented the government's vision for their solution.
