By means of Artsakh state budget a kindergarten is being built in Astghashen community of Askeran region. It will be put into operation in September.

STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 13, ARTSAKHPRESS: The head of the Astghashen community, Zorik Ghazaryan, told "Artsakhpress" and noted that as yet there has not been a kindergarten in the community. The construction works have begun in 2018.
As the head of the community noted, the kindergarten will accommodate 30 children.
"The roof and windows of the kindergarten have been installed. Now interior finishing and fence installation works are underway. Afterwards, external finishing works will be carried out, the territory of the kindergarten will be repaired and a playground will be built,” informed Z. Ghazaryan.
