STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 26, ARTSAKHPRESS: He informed that he minister visited combat positions, and talked with military personnel.
The minister assured that the social and everyday issues of the personnel are in the center of attention of the military-political leadership. The head of the defense department also watched combat training sessions at the test site.
