STEPANAKERT,  MARCH 13, ARTSAKHPRESS: "International Civil Aviation Organization accepts the right of those governments, which are currently receiving urgent measures under the conditions of limited available information connected with the usage of 737 Max 8,  in order to ensure flight safety," organization representative Anthony Philby as news.am informs, told RIA Novosti.

According to him, "as soon as the final report on this crash is available, we [ICAO] will examine the official causes of crash and we will think about warranties." At the same time, as it is emphasized in ICAO, the flight ban or restriction is the right of separate countries and is not a part of the organization's jurisdictions.

On the morning of March 10, Ethiopian Airlines' Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft with 157 people on board, including 8 crew members, crashed near the Ethiopian town Debre Zeyit. Among the victims are representatives of 35 countries, including three Russians. This is the second crash of this model aircraft in five months. On October 29, 2018, the Indonesian aircraft Lion Air crashed.

A number of countries and airlines suspended flights of Boeing 737 MAX 8 after the incident.
