STEPANAKERT, MARCH 19, ARTSAKHPRESS: The head of the foundation Gayane Georgyan told Artsakhpress that a competition-festival will be held in Stepanakert on March 23-24.
The preselection auditions will be held on March 23. The best performers will present Artsakh in Moscow. The gala concert of the festival will be held on March 24 at 15.00 in the Culture and Youth Palace of Stepanakert . The entrance will be free.
"The program is designed for 7-25 years old participants. Five performers will have an opportunity to participate in the gala concert in Russia, who h will pass the pre-election stage in Artsakh, "she said.
